Private classes are held, for one or more dancers per class. The minimum period is one hour, but longer classes can be arranged. Classes are open to all levels. Rates depend upon location. A 50% deposit is required to book a private class; this is non-refundable and non- transferable, unless a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. Hourly reduced rates for classes of 2 hours or more. Please request details.
Belly dancing is an excellent source of exercise. The rolling and undulating movements are beneficial to the blood supply and muscle tone in the abdominal area. The important pelvic floor muscles together with the thighs, buttocks and abdomen, are strengthened with "Extraordinary Method" of Belly Dancing. It helps you to shape and muscle tone, even after child-birth.
Belly Dance class is also a full body workout. It will focus on hip work articulation, shimmies, body undulations, and hand/arm techniques. Classes are designed to be a noncompetitive environment where it can improve our health, body image, and creativity. The student will get a thorough, safe, and gentle workout while achieving tone, balance, posture awareness, and strength. Students will have a sensual and fun workout!!!!!!
